In the Resource Catalog of the Geostatistics Portal we have made available the presentation NSP2021. Budynki i mieszkania w siatce kilometrowej. / 2021 census data. Buildings and dwellings in 1km grid. The presentation contains two layers representing:
- total number of buildings
- total number of dwellings
The visibility of layers can be changed using the “Thematic Layers” window.
The phenomenon is presented in a kilometre grid based on data obtained from the National Population and Housing Census 2021.
The presented results concern buildings:
- residential, non-residential and collective accommodation in which dwellings are located,
- collective accommodation.
Data on buildings and dwellings in a kilometre grid – Census 2021 can also be downloaded from the Geostatistics Portal. For this purpose:
- log in to Resource manager as an external user,
- after logging in to the Resource manager, on the filtering bar for the Resource availability filter, click “x” to remove the narrowed choice only to your resources (“Mine”),
- then in the Search field, put the name “2021 census data. Buildings and dwellings in 1km grid.” or the resource number – in this case it will be 18483,
- in the graphic of the found resource, click the Export button and select the data format (available data formats are geojson, shp, csv, kml).
