On 22-23 September 2016 in the Main Building of the Warsaw University of Technology was held the XXII National Conference of Geoinformatics and Remote Sensing on the subject “Remote techniques of environmental studies – history, modernity, new trends”, which was organized by the Department of Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing and Spatial Information Systems. The aim of the event was to exchange experience and improve cooperation in the field of remote sensing between universities, research institutions, public administration and entrepreneurs
On the second day of the event on the booth space of Geostatistics Portal employees of the Central Statistical Office presented the features, services and the scope of the data provided by the system.
